Free standard shipping on orders over $99 to the US, Canada and EU; $9.95 flat rate below $99. Orders placed before 2 pm (local warehouse time) ship the same business day. Standard delivery: 3–7 business days. Express (1–3 days) available at checkout. Lithium batteries ship by ground in compliance with UN38.3.
Returns & Refunds
Return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must include all original parts. Defective products receive a free prepaid label; change-of-mind returns can use our discounted label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Warranty & Registration
All tools carry a 3-year limited warranty; batteries and chargers 2 years. Register within 30 days of purchase to extend tool coverage to 5 years. Most claims are resolved by sending a replacement — just share a photo/video of the issue and your order number.

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship from local warehouses in the US, Canada and the EU. Most orders leave within 24 hours and arrive in 3–7 business days. Orders over $99 ship free; tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Do the tools come with batteries and chargers?
Each product page shows the exact kit contents. \"Kit\" versions include battery and charger; \"Tool Only\" versions do not. All VOYSILI 40V batteries fit every 40V tool, and 20V batteries fit every 20V tool.
Can I ship lithium batteries internationally?
Yes. Our batteries are UN38.3 certified and shipped by ground from the nearest warehouse to comply with lithium battery transport rules.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused or lightly used product for a full refund. Start a return from your account or contact support — we email a prepaid label for defective items.
How does the warranty work?
Tools have a 3-year limited warranty and batteries 2 years. Register your product online to extend tool warranty to 5 years. Claims are handled by replacement — no need to send the tool back for most issues.
Where can I buy spare parts and accessories?
Blades, chains, bars, drill bits, nozzles and batteries are available under All Departments → Parts & Accessories. Use the model number on your tool label to find compatible parts.
